Job summary

Orioninnovation seeks an Executive Adoption Advisor to partner with senior client leaders in driving enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise AI agents, and related Microsoft cloud capabilities.

You will help executives identify high-value AI opportunities, align adoption initiatives with strategic objectives, redesign ways of working, and measure outcomes from the Microsoft 365 E7 investment.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business transformation, technology consulting, digital adoption, or strategic program leadership.
Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders to shape transformation initiatives and drive organizational change.
Strong understanding of enterprise productivity, workflow transformation, operating models, and technology-enabled business improvement.
Experience identifying business use cases, developing adoption roadmaps, and defining measurable business outcomes.
Ability to connect technology capabilities to business value, operating efficiency, employee experience, and organizational priorities.
Experience facilitating executive workshops, presenting recommendations, managing stakeholder expectations, and influencing decisions.
Strong business case development, strategic analysis, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical architects, delivery teams, change management specialists, and governance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engage executive sponsors and business leaders to define the AI adoption vision, priorities, and expected business outcomes.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across functions, considering value, feasibility, adoption readiness, risk, and time to value.
Develop executive adoption roadmaps aligned with the Microsoft 365 E7 rollout and enterprise AI strategy.
Advise on how Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and AI solutions can transform workflows and productivity.
Facilitate executive workshops, leadership briefings, and transformation planning discussions.
Establish business outcome measures and value realization frameworks across productivity, efficiency, experience, quality, and operations.
Help leaders redesign workflows to realize benefits from AI-enabled ways of working.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies with sponsorship, accountability, and commitment to adoption.
Collaborate with Change/Adoption Engineer and Copilot Trainer to translate priorities into adoption plans and enablement.
Work with solution architects to ensure AI use cases align with needs and platform capabilities.
