Job summary

Orion Innovation seeks an Executive Adoption Advisor to partner with senior client leaders in driving enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise AI agents, and related cloud capabilities.

The role involves identifying high-value AI opportunities, aligning adoption initiatives with strategic objectives, redesigning ways of working, and establishing measurable business outcomes from the organization’s Microsoft 365 E7 investment.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business transformation, technology consulting, or strategic program leadership.
Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders to shape transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of enterprise productivity, workflow transformation, and operating models.
Experience identifying business use cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Ability to connect technology capabilities to business value and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

Define the AI adoption vision, priorities, and expected business outcomes with executive sponsors.
Develop adoption roadmaps aligned with Microsoft 365 E7 rollout and enterprise AI strategy.
Advise on Copilot, Studio agents, and AI solutions to transform workflows and productivity.
Facilitate executive workshops and leadership briefings on value realization.
Establish governance, dashboards, and reporting to track adoption progress and ROI.
