Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Accountant to lead adoption and technical success for Transform with enterprise customers. You’ll deploy AI Agents, troubleshoot complex integrations, and guide CFOs and Controllers through automation initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.

This role blends accounting expertise with hands-on technical work, including Python scripting, SQL, and API integrations, and requires up to 60% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting/auditing/controllership or finance consulting.
• CPA preferred or equivalent senior accounting leadership experience.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and deploying automation in accounting/finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and operationalize AI Agents for automating complex accounting processes.
• Lead transformation engagements with enterprise accounting teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Drive adoption with CFOs, Controllers, and stakeholders through change mgmt and value realization.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL-based validations, API workflows, and data integration configurations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to recover at-risk accounts and expand adoption.
• Influence product direction with actionable insights and early feature evaluation.
• Oversee implementation partners to ensure quality and compliance with Transform methodology.
