Job description

Be at the Forefront of the Agentic AI Revolution

At Skan AI, we are pioneering the context engine for human and agentic execution, bringing context from enterprise operators, systems, and processes to power how the world's largest organizations execute their most complex, mission-critical work.

We're in hyper-growth mode at exactly the right moment in history. As enterprises race to adopt agentic AI, we're uniquely positioned to deliver the clear signal they desperately need: a platform that trains and grounds AI Agents in trillions of real execution signals, enabling reliable, compliant automation of their most complex processes.

Backed by Dell Technologies Capital and other leading investors, we're the only company that can bridge the gap between AI's promise and enterprise reality, making us perfectly positioned to define the agentic era for modern enterprises.

Our diverse, collaborative team of 250+ innovators is solving category-defining challenges at the intersection of AI, process intelligence, and enterprise work. Diverse perspectives fuel breakthrough thinking, cross-functional collaboration is the norm, and our work directly transforms how Fortune 500 companies operate. We are shaping the future of work itself.

We are seeking an Agentic Solutions Manager to own the delivery, deployment, and expansion of Skan’s agentic AI platform at our most strategic enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for customer outcomes — leading complex implementations, building trusted relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, and driving measurable business value from day one.

This is far more than a delivery role — it is an opportunity to shape how the world’s largest regulated enterprises adopt agentic AI, act as the voice of the customer back into our product, and build a high-performing team as the function scales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Delivery & Deployment

  • Own End-to-End Delivery: Take full ownership of 2–3 concurrent agentic AI deployment programs at Tier-1 enterprise clients, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution and value realization.

  • Be the Client’s Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary point of accountability for VP and executive-level client sponsors, ensuring transparent communication, proactive risk management, and consistent delivery against committed milestones.

  • Navigate Complexity & Ambiguity: Operate effectively within large, regulated organizations where requirements evolve, stakeholders multiply, and clarity must be created — not inherited.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate internal teams — Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales — to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.

Account Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and Drive Expansion: Spot and develop opportunities to broaden platform adoption within existing accounts, partnering with Sales to build the business case and convert opportunities into new revenue.

  • Deliver Executive-Level Business Reviews: Lead QBRs and executive briefings that quantify value delivered, surface insights, and frame the path to deeper engagement.

  • Think Like an Owner: Approach every account with a growth mindset — you are not just delivering what was sold, you are shaping what gets sold next.

Product Feedback & Strategic Influence

  • Close the Customer-to-Product Loop: Synthesize patterns across engagements — friction points, feature gaps, workflow opportunities — into structured, actionable input for Product and Engineering leadership.

  • Champion the Customer Internally: Ensure the voice of the customer is heard in product roadmap discussions, sprint planning, and strategic prioritization.

  • Player-Coach from Day One: Lead by doing — personally delivering strategic projects while setting the quality bar, playbook, and culture for how Skan shows up with clients.

  • Build the Function: As the business scales, hire, mentor, and manage a delivery team, establishing repeatable processes and a standard of excellence for customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years in a client-facing, delivery-oriented role with at least 3 years in a high-growth startup environment (Series B–D or equivalent stage).

  • Consulting Foundation: Background at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) is strongly preferred — we value the structured problem-solving, executive communication, and workstream leadership this develops.

  • Executive Presence: Demonstrated success engaging with VP and C-level stakeholders at large, complex enterprises. You are comfortable being the most senior person in the room from your side of the table.

  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare is a strong plus. Familiarity with process mining, intelligent automation, or AI/ML platforms is valuable but not required.

  • Semi-Technical Fluency: You don’t need to write code, but you need to understand agentic AI architectures, SaaS/PaaS delivery models, and enterprise integration patterns well enough to lead technical conversations with credibility.

  • Growth Orientation: A track record of identifying expansion opportunities within accounts and partnering with Sales to drive revenue growth.

  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or New York. This is a hybrid role with regular in-person client engagement expected.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, structured thinking, and the ability to build trust quickly across cultures and organizational levels. A natural problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 Days: You’ve taken ownership of your initial accounts, built trusted relationships with client executive sponsors, and delivered a clear plan for each engagement with defined milestones and success metrics.

  • First 6 Months: Your accounts are on track or ahead of plan. You’ve led at least one executive business review that quantified delivered value and surfaced an expansion opportunity. Product and Engineering leadership view you as a reliable, high-signal source of customer insight.

  • First 12 Months: You’ve successfully delivered 2–3 strategic deployments with measurable client impact. You’ve directly contributed to account expansion revenue. You’ve begun building the team — hiring your first direct report and establishing the delivery playbook that will scale with the business.

Why Join Us

  • Growth & Impact: Be part of a rapidly scaling company where your contributions directly shape client success and open clear pathways for career advancement.

  • Innovative AI Platform: Work with cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that transform enterprise workflows while upholding the highest standards of security and trust.

  • Build Something: This isn’t a mature function you’re joining — it’s one you’re building. You’ll have direct influence over how Skan delivers, grows, and evolves.

  • Collaborative Culture: Join a global team that values innovation, learning, and partnership, guided by experienced leaders in AI and enterprise transformation.
