Qualifications

• Typically requires extensive leadership in advisory, strategy, or related services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading at a senior level in a municipal or private sector organization; consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Advisory Services integration of strategy, execution, and delivery across BC.
• Oversee governance, performance measures, and enterprise alignment for Advisory Services.
• Collaborate with Growth & Strategy, Client Relations, and Practice Leaders to deliver client-ready outcomes.
