Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded consultant to bridge technology and business strategy in customer engagement initiatives. You will design and configure enterprise-scale solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related cloud tech, aligning with client objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, define scalable ecosystems, and ensure governance for omnichannel experiences while traveling as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience helping to architect and deliver enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience participating and delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

• Design architecture and configure the solution of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
