Job summary
Genpact is seeking a Digital Marketing Program Lead in the Greater Denver area to drive a large enterprise digital marketing transformation. You will be the primary client-facing program lead, aligning business and technical teams and delivering across onsite and offshore groups.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading enterprise digital experience programs on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, with strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading enterprise digital experience initiatives on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform.
- Experience with multiple Adobe Cloud Platform tools and strong delivery capabilities.
- Proven ability to guide teams and client conversations across complex programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary delivery lead for Adobe Experience Cloud engagements from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Define priorities with client stakeholders and translate goals into delivery plans.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate offshore delivery teams and manage governance, risks, and timelines.
- Develop strategic roadmaps with Genpact and client leadership for platform growth.
