Job Description

NBC Sports Next is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to develop, manage, and execute our enterprise account management and sport vertical strategy for core sports such as Baseball, Softball, Hockey, Soccer, or Lacrosse. This role involves working cross-functionally with sales, product development, safety, and marketing teams to manage, upsell, secure renewals, and enhance the customer experience across enterprise accounts. The focus is on revenue growth and implementing best-in-class account management practices to create value for our sport vertical partners.

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the company’s enterprise account management and sport vertical strategy in collaboration with various business functions.
  • Manage a portfolio of top baseball, softball, and other enterprise accounts.
  • Provide consultative feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Coordinate with product development, safety, and marketing teams to create strategic account management assets.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and promote adoption of SportsEngine services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SAAS Account Management with proven leadership, collaboration, and innovation skills.
  • Experience in delivering value and superior customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of the US sport landscape, including trends relevant to USOPC, NGBs, SafeSport, and risk management.
  • Experience in developing account review plans and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for prospecting and partnership engagement.
  • Curious, positive, enthusiastic, empathetic, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Self-starter, problem solver, team player.

Desired Characteristics

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel, work overtime, and on weekends on short notice.
  • This position is fully remote, contributing from a non-NBCUniversal worksite.
