What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Grow the current customer base through product upsells and expansion opportunities
  2. Drive the entire sales process, from identifying solutions to negotiating and closing deals
  3. Act as a solutions expert by helping partners with their unique business issues and initiatives
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to share ideas and develop new business strategies
  5. Provide regular communication, pipeline reviews, and forecasting to management

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 4+ years of experience in sales and/or account management
  3. Demonstrated ability in SaaS business model sales
  4. Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing business base
  5. Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred
  2. 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years in the SaaS industry
  3. Experience navigating relationships with C-level executives and franchisee owners
  4. Salesforce.com experience a plus
  5. Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
