Role Overview: Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth by promoting our solutions to enterprise clients, engaging with senior stakeholders in large organizations. Your responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder deals, and leveraging frameworks like MEDDICC to build lasting relationships.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets with high-value contracts ($100k+ ARR).
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills at the executive level.
  • Knowledge of project management and risk management software is a plus.
  • Comfort with SaaS tools, CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), and a willingness to learn technical aspects of our product.
  • Self-starter with a 'hunter' mentality, highly organized, and resilient.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Location: West Coast based, willing to travel.
