We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Account Executive. The EAE acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging sales expertise and thought leadership to deliver a positive customer experience focused on achieving client outcomes. The role involves managing a portfolio of existing and prospect accounts, overseeing client relationships for upsell and retention, and expanding your book of business. You will be supported by a team including Solution Consultants, Analytic Engagement Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Sales Development Reps.

What You'll Do
  1. Meet and exceed revenue targets within your assigned client and prospect portfolio.
  2. Manage your account team resources to optimize engagement, increase revenue, and manage risk.
  3. Create and maintain Strategic Account Plans focusing on client objectives and success metrics.
  4. Collaborate with Pre-Sales on engagement letters, SOWs, and integration projects.
  5. Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of client outcomes.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and client needs to identify new opportunities.
  7. Accurately forecast opportunities and update CRM with client interactions.
  8. Maintain education standards and certifications aligned with your career goals.
What You'll Need
  1. Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
  2. 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS and consultative services, particularly with BioPharma clients.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  4. Experience selling to C-suite and senior leadership at Fortune 1000 companies.
  5. Experience closing large, complex deals.
  6. Proactive, needs-based selling skills across enterprise accounts.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. A strong work ethic; comfortable prospecting independently and as part of a team.
