Job summary

Pareto - A Randstad company in New York is recruiting for a Junior Account Executive to drive pipeline, deliver enterprise software demonstrations, and build relationships with Am Law firms and corporate legal teams.

You will join a paid 12-week Sales Academy before transitioning to full-cycle AE roles, with uncapped commission and strong earnings potential. Hybrid field-based responsibilities and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of sales or relevant experience preferred.
• Confident communication; comfortable presenting to groups and C-level partners.
• Reliable transportation for local client visits.
• Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn the litigation technology space to consult with attorneys, paralegals, and practice managers.
• Build, qualify, and manage a multi-channel pipeline using outbound research, strategic networking, and CRM workflows.
• Lead software demonstrations, live presentations, and client lunch-and-learns.
• Cultivate long-term, recurring revenue relationships across assigned enterprise accounts.
• Attend regional networking functions and client meetings (field-based/hybrid).
