Headhunting Specialist for Cyber & Information Security professionals throughout UK, Europe & North America

Our client, a leading global cyber security vendor, delivers a comprehensive suite of products and solutions to both Private and Public Sector organizations.

Following a record-breaking year and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and manage existing accounts within Fortune 1000 companies across Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client operations and effectively communicate the value of cyber security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Create and execute a strategic territory plan focused on Fortune 1000 organizations in Illinois.
  • Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, engaging both new prospects and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to provide ongoing technical support.
  • Align sales activities with corporate strategy and business objectives.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience selling cyber security solutions or observability & performance monitoring solutions.
  • A proven track record of success selling to Fortune 1000 enterprise customers.
  • Stable career history, with a minimum of 3 years tenure per employer.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and drive consistent territory growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology landscape, target markets, and client demographics.
  • Established network of contacts and expertise within the Illinois territory.
  • Ability to independently manage large, complex accounts.
  • Experience in prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • OTE: $240K - $280K (Uncapped)

  • Must currently reside in Chicago or surrounding areas.
  • US Citizenship required (Sponsorship is not available).
