What you'll do

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for building Enterprise-level relationships, selling Docusign’s CLM solution, and owning deals end to end. This role involves acquiring new customers and expanding within existing accounts in an assigned region or vertical. The ideal candidate is curious, strategic, and skilled in relationship building.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive success of the company’s CLM product goals through achieving sales quotas.
  2. Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners like Salesforce and System Integrators to generate pipeline.
  3. Qualify sales opportunities based on Docusign’s sales methodology.
  4. Identify and close new CLM business, and find upsell opportunities within existing accounts across various lines of business.
  5. Leverage internal resources (e.g., senior executives, presales, legal) in sales campaigns.
  6. Work effectively with partners to deliver joint value propositions.
  7. Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately using sales tools.
  8. Engage with pre- and post-sales resources including sales development, solutions engineers, account managers, legal, and support teams.
  9. Travel as necessary, typically 25%.
Job Designation

Remote: Employees work remotely most of the time, with no requirement to be in or near an office.

What you bring
Basic
  • 8+ years of multi-solution software sales experience in enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles and meeting/exceeding quotas.
Preferred
  • 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with success closing $1M+ deals.
  • Strong C-Level contacts across enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling CLM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more.
Wage Transparency

Pay varies by location and experience. For example, in California: $114,400 - $172,100 base salary.
