Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of enterprise SaaS experience, ideally in financial services or real estate.
  • Experience in outbound, cold prospecting.
  • Strong consultation and qualification methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)

Compensation: Base + Commission for $180,000 – $210,000 OTE

Why This Role Exists

We’re hiring a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead outbound sales efforts and close new business. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a pure hunter capacity—creating new pipeline, owning strategic outbound outreach, and managing complex, consultative sales cycles from first touch to close. You’ll work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams, helping to evolve our sales motion and scale revenue toward our next growth milestone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle outbound sales process from prospecting to close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts using Challenger-style or value-based qualification
  • Conduct strategic discovery to uncover pain and align with business impact
  • Navigate C-level decision makers and multiple stakeholders across mid-size and enterprise accounts
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (Salesforce)
  • Contribute feedback to help refine ICP, messaging, and sales playbooks

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Have 5–8 years of enterprise SaaS experience, ideally selling into financial services, real estate, or data-heavy verticals
  • Are a pure hunter—you thrive on outbound, cold prospecting, and breaking into new accounts
  • Operate with discipline and use a qualification-first mindset (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or equivalent)
  • Communicate value and ROI clearly—not just features or technical specs
  • Are comfortable working independently in a lean, high-growth team environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and C-level presence

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience in private lending, capital markets, or CRE tech
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/Sales Engagement, or other outbound sales tools
  • Contributions to building or refining early-stage sales infrastructure
