The Opportunity
We’re seeking a high-performing, strategic sales professional to join our growing team of Enterprise Account Executives. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven company at the forefront of sustainability and smart building technology. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading direct sales efforts within a defined territory and set of vertical markets. You’ll promote HydroPoint’s full suite of smart water management products and services, working alongside a dedicated Account Manager and Sales Development Representative to grow both new and existing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a high-value enterprise sales territory
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (new business + annuity revenue)
- Prospect, engage, and close new enterprise accounts with SDR support
- Expand and manage relationships with existing customers in partnership with your Account Manager
- Deliver compelling remote and in-person sales presentations and attend industry events
- Maintain a strong, transparent pipeline using Salesforce for territory visibility and team collaboration
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and sustainability-driven purchasing drivers
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (2+ years in B2B required)
- Experience in Water, Energy, Sustainability, Hardware, or SaaS markets is required
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
- Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Salesforce is a plus
- Willingness to travel 2–4 days per month as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Target Earnings (TTE): $200,000–$225,000 at 100% of plan
