Enterprise Account Executive (Remote – West Coast Preferred)

We’re hiring a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive to own and expand a strategic territory. You’ll work with major commercial, government, and education customers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and environmental impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a high-value enterprise sales territory
  • Hit/exceed quarterly + annual sales goals (new & recurring revenue)
  • Drive new business with SDR support and nurture existing accounts
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations (remote & in-person)
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecasting & team visibility
  • Represent us at key industry events and stay ahead of market trends

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in outside sales (2+ years B2B required)
  • Proven success in Water, Energy, Sustainability, Hardware, or SaaS
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Salesforce and PowerPoint proficiency (a plus!)
  • Self-starter mindset with a drive to win
  • Willing to travel 2–4 days/month

Compensation & Perks

  • $200K–$225K OTE at 100% of plan
  • Accelerators for exceeding quota
