About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our enterprise sales efforts. You’ll have the ability to cultivate and nurture your own book of business, while also having the added benefit of receiving qualified leads from our team dedicated SDRs in the form of booked appointments conducive to your schedule. Additionally, you’ll receive qualified “hand raising” inbound leads from our world-class marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-impact, remote environment, enjoys taking ownership of their earning potential, and excels at building relationships that drive long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, Nurture, and Close enterprise-level energy accounts, focusing on large commercial and industrial clients with potentially complex energy needs.
  • Build and Manage long-term client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor to drive cost savings, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including SDRs, pricing, analytics, marketing, and operations to deliver the right solution at the right time.
  • Track and exceed sales targets through pipeline management, forecasting, and consistent execution of high-value deal strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and staying ahead of energy market trends.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of demonstrable high achievement in the energy industry.
  • Familiarity with complex or multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable.
  • Experience with CRM/sales automation platforms (Salesforce preferred).
