Weave.AI is hiring an enterprise Account Executive to build and own the enterprise sales cycle. This person sells a neuro-symbolic, agentic AI platform for risk and decision intelligence to the most senior buyers at banks, asset managers, insurers, and global enterprises - Chief Risk Officers, Chief Audit Executives and audit committees, CISOs, Heads of Risk, and board members. Critically, this is not a per-seat software sale: Weave.AI sells outcomes, insights, and services that map to regulatory exposure, internal audit, and risk governance, often quantified against the cost of a fine or a consulting engagement rather than a competing product. The deals are large, consultative, multi-threaded, and ongoing - running through technical validation, regulatory alignment, security review, and executive sponsorship, then expanding across use cases and entities over time. This is a founding seller reporting directly to the CEO who will build the initial sales culture and, over time, hire a small team beneath them - not a quota-carrier slotted into an existing function.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle end to end - prospecting and qualifying strategic accounts, running consultative discovery, leading executive and board-level conversations, working procurement, legal, compliance, and security review, and closing seven- and eight-figure ARR deals. Position Weave.AI as a strategic risk-intelligence partner rather than a feature set, quantifying value in the terms these buyers care about: capital efficiency, regulatory exposure, and risk mitigation.
Build relationships that span risk, technology, finance, audit, and operations inside each account, cultivate executive and board-level sponsors, and map the buying committees that decide deals of this size. Treat the sale as ongoing rather than transactional - staying engaged on value delivery, measuring outcomes, and expanding from an initial use case into adjacent ones and additional entities (the land-and-expand path that has already turned early footholds into materially larger engagements). Work closely with the CEO/Founder, Marketing, and the product team to sharpen the ideal customer profile, shape vertical strategy, and feed the field's signal back into positioning. Operate like an owner - rigorous pipeline and forecasting discipline, predictable pipeline generation, a playbook built from scratch, and the foundation of a sales culture the next hires will inherit.
