Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with senior executives to understand their business requirements and decision processes.
  • Communicate ScienceLogic’s vision and value proposition effectively to clients.
  • Coordinate proofs of concept, partner enablement, and deliverables.
  • Manage customer and partner expectations from presales to post-delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Engage potential clients via telemarketing, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and understand their needs.
  • Analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of solutions sales experience in NPM, ITSM, ITOM, APM, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
  • Proactive 'Hunter' mentality with experience in account management and solution selling.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate ROI and differentiate solutions against competitors.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and building sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and ethically, with high business acumen.
