About Continuum

Continuum is disrupting an untapped, winner-take-all, $22B+ market of B2B reverse logistics. We are the first and only network-deployed platform that solves complex multi-party returns, warranties, and repairs across supply chains. Our mission: if a product moves up the supply chain in B2B distribution or manufacturing, we own it.

The role

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive: a natural challenger who speaks the language of the C-suite and reframes how executives think about critical operations and their P&L impact. You build markets and create demand, not just capture it.

You’ll own the number and build the plan to create pipeline and close deals with the largest distributors and manufacturers in North America.

This is a full-cycle role. Although you’ll have BDR support, the expectation is that you personally create most of the pipeline you work.

You’ll engage C-suite executives and senior leaders in Operations, Finance, and Technology across manufacturers and distributors with revenue that exceeds $1B.

What you’ll own

  • New-logo wins. The marquee logos that anchor the network.
  • Expansion. Grow installed accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Enterprise pipeline. You don’t wait for others to fill your calendar.
  • Raising the bar. Share what’s working and lift less-experienced reps.

Requirements and skills

Experience

  • Enterprise software. You’ve sold complex B2B software, many $100K+ deals, into enterprise ($1B+ revenue) accounts.
  • Track record. Top-10% quota attainment in 3 of the last 4 years.
  • Category creation. You’ve built a new category and sold without a big brand behind you.
  • Sector experience (preferred). You’ve sold supply-chain solutions to manufacturers and distributors.

Skills

  • Business acumen. You speak the language of the C-suite and have strong P&L fluency.
  • Discovery. You find the problem behind the problem.
  • Executive alignment. You multi-thread across a complex buying group, build champions, and gain access to power.
  • Team selling. You know when to bring in your own executives and where to pull in expertise from other teams.
  • Presence. A confident presenter and strong negotiator.
  • Rainmaker. You self-generate pipeline, with cold-calling chops and a bias for action.
  • Challenger. You teach and reframe executive thinking, tailor your message to the audience, and take control of leading a complex multi-stakeholder buying process.
  • Prepared and strategic. You arrive at a first meeting with an informed, tailored view on “why do anything” and “why now,” based on deep research.
  • Methodical. You have a high attention to detail and A+ project management skills.
  • A learner and highly coachable. You take feedback and change behavior fast.
  • You’ll work alongside experienced operators. This is a team of people who have built and scaled before. You’ll be sharpened by peers who challenge you.
  • A genuine moat, at a moment that rewards one. As SaaS businesses everywhere struggle to differentiate, and face a real threat of becoming irrelevant, Continuum has built a durable competitive moat: a network-deployed platform no single manufacturer, distributor, or point tool can replicate.
  • Your wins compound. In a network business, every marquee logo you land makes the next one easier and pulls the whole flywheel forward. Few enterprise seats offer upside that builds on itself like this.
