Anaplan is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for our TMT (Telecommunications, Media, Technology) Vertical. In this role, you will consistently sell sophisticated technology solutions, manage accounts, and utilize our versatile platform. Our sales team helps industry leaders understand how Anaplan's connected planning bridges financial and operational decision-making, helping customers achieve immediate goals and future growth.


This role will drive Anaplan's growth and digital transformation, reporting to the Regional Vice President (RVP). You may oversee up to 50 accounts in a geographic territory, including new greenfield accounts and existing customers. Success depends on expanding our footprint through new logo acquisition and growing opportunities within current accounts, supported by a cross-functional team.


Your Impact:


  • Engage targeted customers to identify digital transformation needs and showcase Anaplan's solutions.
  • Build business value during sales engagements, navigating complex environments to align prospects with our solutions.
  • Deliver effective presentations to VP-level and C-suite executives, including CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders across functions.
  • Develop and own account and opportunity planning processes.
  • Apply value-based selling methodology and tools to forecast and identify expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Perform strategic sales planning for accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.

Your Qualifications

  • 8+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in SaaS solutions, targeting Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Proven success selling at senior levels with a C-suite focus.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas with multiple seven-figure annual contract values.
  • Strong senior executive network within your territory, with experience in partner and internal team organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SFDC, Altify, Marketo, Engagio, and account planning methodologies like MEDPICC or Miller Heiman.

$139,000$188,000 USD
