We’re a $500M+ funded Life Sciences SaaS company on a mission to transform pharma and biotech with cutting-edge cloud platforms.

We’re hiring Account Directors to drive multi-million dollar enterprise deals with top pharma clients. You’ll bring a deep rolodex, strong SaaS sales experience (10+ yrs), and a track record of closing big, complex deals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record in pharma and biotech accounts.
  • Proven ability to close multi-million dollar enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Existing executive-level relationships across global pharmaceutical companies (you have a rolodex ready to activate).
  • Experience selling Life Sciences SaaS products or cloud platforms into R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, or Commercial functions.
  • Strong hunting instincts and the ability to independently build and drive enterprise pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal orchestration skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and exceed a multi-million dollar annual quota focused on net-new enterprise business (75/25 split; Hunting/Farming)
  • Prospect and engage senior decision-makers at top 50 global pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Partner closely with pre-sales, marketing, product, and post-sales to ensure value realization.
  • Accurately forecast deals and manage pipeline using modern CRM and sales tools.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that expand and renew over time.
