Job summary

Parspec is building the AI and digital infrastructure for the construction materials supply chain. We seek an ABM Specialist to design and run enterprise ABM programs, build target account lists, and partner closely with Sales to convert engagement into pipeline.

You will own channels (LinkedIn/Google), maintain HubSpot as the system of record, and drive dashboards that show account penetration and pipeline contribution. Hybrid work with in-office San Mateo presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with account intelligence and enrichment tooling (Clay, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo).
• AI-native proficiency: leverage AI to speed up work without compromising quality.
• Ability to design and launch ABM programs for enterprise segments.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments.
• Build target account lists with selection logic, intent signals, and persona mapping.
• Collaborate with Sales to prioritize accounts and provide air cover for closing deals.
• Manage marketing-to-Sales handoffs for high-intent leads.
