Job summary

The Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Unit Clerk for the ENT department to support the nursing and clinical teams. This full-time position handles clerical and receptionist duties, schedules patient activities, and ensures accurate data entry in the computer system.

Under supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Unit Clerk will process orders, manage communications, greet patients and families, and assist with orientation and training for new staff.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Clerical experience preferred.
