Responsibilities

• Optimize divisional OR block time utilization by managing the EPIC OpTime depot.
• Develop, build, modify and maintain EPIC templates for assigned providers.
• Schedule outpatient and telehealth appointments; coordinate with Access Center for changes.
• Handle calls from patients and providers; triage urgent and non-urgent inquiries; ensure service excellence.
• Maintain schedules and documentation; coordinate meetings; ensure consistency between Outlook and Epic calendars.
