Profile Description:

The Enrollment Technology Program Manager’s primary point of accountability will be supporting the management of 3rd party platform & enrollment solution partners in support of block and sales growth.
This includes working in close collaboration with external and internal business partners and technology vendors. Additional responsibilities include developing and driving various business projects, data management and analysis, and preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.

The Enrollment Technology Program Manager will collaborate closely with the leader(s), Strategic Relationship Management and Enrollment Technology Strategy, as well as internal stakeholders in sales, underwriting, product, actuarial and operations to ensure agreed-upon terms, process & procedures are followed appropriately to meet strategic partner expectations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the management of third-party benefits platforms, including vetting current and emerging solutions to support the enrollment technology strategy determined by leadership.
  • Maintains understanding of partner system functionality and set up as it relates to our organization’s benefit offering and connected technology.
  • Identify, triage, and communicate partner level technology escalations or breaks. Prioritize with partner and/or internal teams to support appropriate resolution.
  • Supports issue resolution, problem-solving, product information, process information in partnership with the Enrollment Technology Strategy.
  • Work effectively/collaborativelywith other functional partners on various projects and business needs i.e., finalist presentations, RFIs, RFPs and other necessary tasks.
  • Supports enrollment technology strategy to ensure visibility on Strategic Partner activities.
  • Supports the team on cross functional projects and business efforts ensuring alignment with the organization and company’s strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Track key strategic partner metrics (quote activity, close ratio, sales results by product, and technology funding, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with members of the Strategic Relationship Team to continually move relationships forward into a productive and profitable way for Voya.
  • Demonstrated ability to be disciplined and flexible at the same time

  • Supports the management of agreements and invoicing for select platforms as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree, or related field or equivalent work experience required

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$97,160 - $152,880 USD
