Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-3 years of experience with admissions software or SIS in higher/secondary education.
• Experience with Slate, CRM Recruit, Banner or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Occasional evenings/weekends work may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots issues within admissions systems and communicates solutions to users promptly.
• Reviews, validates, and maintains admissions data in Slate, CRM Recruit, Banner, and related systems.
• Creates, tests, and maintains Slate rules, workflows, queries, reports, forms, and configurations.
• Assists with optimization and configuration of admissions software platforms.
• Diagnoses and resolves software, data, integration, and access issues.
• Interfaces with IT services and external partners to resolve system issues.
• Performs and coordinates admissions system maintenance and improvements.
• Monitors data quality and helps staff correct inaccuracies.
• Develops reports to support recruitment, processing, enrollment, and yield.
• Provides training and technical support to Admissions staff.
• Updates admissions-related webpages and digital content as needed.
• Delivers high-level customer service to internal teams, campus partners, students, and families.
• Supports leadership with technology, data reporting, and process improvements.
• Works proactively, independently, and in a solution-focused manner.
