Job summary

Trustmark is looking for a QA tester to manually and automatically test multiple enrollment systems, ensuring accuracy of products, rates, forms and underwriting offers. The role requires collaboration with the Enrollment Technologies Team and contributing to end-to-end testing, defect reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical degree
• Minimum 1 year testing experience
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience querying data and creating/formatting files and forms
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to handle seasonal 4th quarter demands
• Ability to document training needs and develop recommendations

Responsibilities

• Test and validate enrollment systems (Selerix, Common Census, Third-Party) for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct QA activities including defect reporting and end-to-end testing
• Support testing process improvements including semi-automated testing
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and clients to resolve issues
• Assist in creating and maintaining training materials and work instructions
• Document tracking metrics and progress across enrollment projects
