Job summary

S2Tech is seeking a Test Engineer to ensure the quality of healthcare software products. You will design, implement, and execute manual test cases, coordinating with dev teams and customer/project teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements.

The role reports to the Test Manager and emphasizes adherence to healthcare regression, SIT, and UAT processes, with ongoing collaboration across business analysts and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Tester
• Experience in large scale healthcare payer systems with heavy integrations
• Ability to design, execute, and maintain SIT/UAT test scenarios and cases
• Experience creating RTMs and ensuring test coverage
• Strong defect tracking and triage skills
• Experience testing UI workflows in eligibility and benefits
• Proficiency with test and defect management tools

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute manual test cases for healthcare software
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements
• Maintain traceability matrices and ensure test coverage against requirements
• Prepare and maintain test data and environments for SIT/UAT
• Document results with clear evidence for auditability
• Support defect triage meetings and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
