Job summary

Gwinnett Technical College is seeking a part-time Enrollment Support worker under the Federal Work Study program at the Alpharetta campus. Provides clerical support in the Enrollment Support Center and reports to the FWS Supervisor.

Hours are flexible up to 19 per week during business hours, Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm. Prioritize customer service and campus collaboration while maintaining academic progress requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eligible for Federal Work Study funds for current semester.
• Enrolled student at Gwinnett Technical College.
• Satisfactory academic progress for Federal Student Aid programs.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute routine activities and special projects (80%).
• Assist with Registration Labs and Orientations (20%).
