Job summary

Rasmussen University in Odessa, FL seeks an Admissions Representative to facilitate student enrollment and provide attentive service throughout the admissions process.

You will engage prospective students through calls, emails, chats, texts, and in-person meetings, building relationships and guiding them through enrollment while coordinating with Student Services and Financial Aid. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit from inquiry to census and contribute to team goals.
• Engage prospective students via calls, emails, chats, texts and in-person meetings.
• Explain program requirements, tuition, accreditation and financial aid basics.
• Guide students through enrollment steps and coordinate with Student Services, Financial Aid and Career Services.
• Document activities in the SIS and maintain compliance with policies.
