Job summary

The Colburn School seeks a Registrar and Student Services Associate for the Community School of Performing Arts (CSPA) to lead student registration, records, scheduling, and related activities, including managing ASAP and ASIMUT systems.

The role partners with the Assistant Dean, Production and faculty to coordinate class and ensemble schedules, manage financial aid processes, and ensure accurate data and exceptional service to families.

Qualifications

• Experience in registration, student records, enrollment changes, withdrawals, waitlists, tuition/fees, or similar academic admin functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage registrations, records, schedules, payments, and related data.
• Outstanding customer service orientation and proactive service mindset in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPSA policies, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate classroom and studio spaces; input and maintain master schedule in ASIMUT.
• Oversee student registrations for lessons, classes, and ensembles; verify prerequisites.
• Ensure accuracy of student information and registration materials in the database.
• Assist with financial aid administration and auditing of aid/scholarships.
• Respond to inquiries from parents, students, and faculty; assign tasks to customer service team.
