Job summary

Texas A&M University-Victoria seeks an experienced leader to provide strategic and operational oversight of Enrollment Management. You will guide recruitment, admissions processing, and related enrollment technology, ensuring data-informed decisions support institutional goals and an improved student experience.

The role leads directors, managers, and staff, collaborating with university partners to advance enrollment priorities, manage resources, and monitor performance against set goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ten years of related enrollment management experience.
• Experience providing leadership or supervision within enrollment management or a related function.
• Master's degree in an applicable field preferred; progressive leadership overseeing multiple enrollment functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate enrollment processes and the prospective student journey to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Use enrollment and performance data to guide priorities and decision-making.
• Provide leadership for enrollment-related technology and systems used in recruitment, admissions, and communications.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, workflows, and best practices for Enrollment Management.
• Collaborate with university leadership and stakeholders to coordinate enrollment initiatives and address issues.
• Oversee budgets and resources for recruitment, marketing, travel, and staffing; monitor expenditures.
• Represent Enrollment Management in meetings, committees, and external engagement; support divisional priorities.
