Job summary

Texas A&M University-Victoria is seeking an Associate Director of Enrollment Management to assist the Director in all aspects of departmental operations and maintain responsibility for a major functional unit within Enrollment Management & New Student Experience.

The role actively participates in the management team, helps develop strategic plans, plans budgets, coordinates programs, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures while supervising staff under the Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years of related experience.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participates in management team with Director and represents the department on committees.
• Helps develop departmental strategic plans aligned with goals.
• Plans and budgets for the department and supervises budgeting activities.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates operations to meet department objectives.
• Develops and evaluates programs to support enrollment objectives.
• Monitors compliance with unit, department, university, and government standards.
• Prepares reports, analyses, and surveys as requested by the Director.
• Provides leadership for the department in the Director’s absence.
• Handles special projects assigned by the Director.
• Supervises and guides a team or sub-units within the department.
