Job summary

Colorado Springs School District 11 seeks a Director of Choice and Enrollment Services to oversee the district's enrollment policies, registration processes, and strategic enrollment initiatives across the system. The role ensures accurate data collection and reporting and partners with internal and external stakeholders to provide families with a robust school choice framework.

The Director will manage a central enrollment team, develop registrars’ protocols, and lead training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with large data sets using spreadsheets or similar software.
• Minimum of five years’ work experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enrollment policies and processes.
• Guide staff on enrollment questions and data integrity.
• Develop and update protocols for registrars and coordinators.
• Plan and deliver professional development for registrars and coordinators.
• Oversee annual Student October Count and related reporting to the Board and state agencies.
