Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned enrollment goals for new students and re-entry.
• Maintain performance on admissions KPIs (calls, appointments, show rate, interviews).
• Conduct admissions interviews and follow-ups in line with standards.
• Provide coaching based on observations and performance data.
• Translate data insights into actionable coaching strategies.
