Job summary

GT Independence is a family-founded, leading national Financial Management Services (FMS) provider that supports individuals in self-direction programs to manage long-term care at home and in the community. We enroll clients, ensure paperwork is complete, and maintain confidentiality with HIPAA compliance.

Our team engages with community partners to grow enrollment and improve service access, guiding individuals to direct their own care with person-centered support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and HIPAA compliance.
• Will consider candidates with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts enrollment with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal processes and systems to prevent issues.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners and stakeholders to support enrollment growth.

• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
