Job summary

GT Independence, a nationwide FMS provider, seeks an Enrollment Coordinator to guide individuals and their support networks through the enrollment process, ensuring timely completion of enrollment documents and confidentiality compliance.

You will contribute to process improvements, perform external outreach to partners, and support enrollment growth by engaging families, guardians, and stakeholders while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication preferred
• Will consider candidates with relevant experience
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (word processing, managing files and records, terminology)

• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.

Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
