Great Hearts Academies in North Texas is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support the enrollment cycle. This full-time role operates in-office with a hybrid work location and reports to the Senior Director of Enrollment.
You will manage high volumes of data, leverage Excel and CRM systems, reach out to prospective families, explain enrollment steps, coordinate tours, and help campuses achieve their 11th day goals.

Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum two years experience as a Texas DCO or Registrar required Experience using student information systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise databases required Advanced Excel in Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, filtering, sorting, conditional formatting, and large dataset management. Exceptional computer literacy and ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms and systems simultaneously. Experience managing, organizing, and analyzing large volumes of data while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, co-workers and the public at large Thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment; is comfortable with ambiguity and change Seeks and responds well to feedback, which is shared often and freely across all levels of the organization Works through silos and forges strong cross-departmental relationships in order to achieve outcomes

Type of clearance: Must complete Texas Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance and background check.
Physical functions: Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 50 pounds approximately.
