Lackawanna College is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support its Center with generating enrollment across programs. You will advise students, recruit in designated territories, and coordinate events to drive inquiries to enrollment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
The Enrollment Specialist assists the Associate Center Director with generating enrollment for all College programs offered at the Center. The Enrollment Specialist conducts educational advising and assists both new and returning students in the enrollment process. He/she is responsible for recruiting students within the assigned territory, representing the College at recruitment and retention events and assists in the planning, coordinating, and implementation of enrollment events. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and achieving conversion rates related to inquiries, applications, and enrolled students, using data-driven strategies to support enrollment goals.
