Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in admissions or education administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall admissions processing and documentation.
• Conduct interviews and counseling sessions with prospective students.
• Counsel and advise students on programs, admission and graduation requirements.
• Arrange campus visits and tours; oversee enrollment processes.
• Pre-qualify students for admissions and follow up at all stages.
• Assist applicants in completing all enrollment paperwork.
• Audit admissions files and maintain accurate records.
• Plan and implement student orientation programs.
• Coordinate off-campus recruitment activities and marketing ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
