Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks an experienced EDI enrollment professional to manage EFT/ERA enrollment submissions across multiple clearinghouses for hospital and physician clients. You will verify banking data, maintain payer portal setups, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

The EDI – EFT & ERA Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate enrollment processing within multiple Clearinghouses for both client and payer for the EDI related file processing. Job duties include, but are not limited to, submitting enrollment applications through the clearinghouses, utilizing payer portals for EDI related maintenance, working with other departments within Ensemble to keep up-to-date client W9’s & Bank letters, connection set up between the client and their clearinghouse, verifying all files are being transferred correctly and available for electronic processing by the Ensemble cash teams.Essential Job Functions:Responsible for driving the Ensemble culture through values and customer service standards.Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal contacts.Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication.Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding issues with all customers in a timely mannerMaintain multiple payer portals for each client to ensure timely enrollment of EFT’s (Electronic Funds Transfers) to the validated client bank accountMaintain multiple payer site set ups for each client to ensure timely enrollment for ERA delivery to correct client clearinghouseAccuracy of information when completing all submitted enrollment forms that contain client banking dataUtilizing & maintaining multiple client EFT & ERA set ups for multiple payer websitesWork from multiple client clearinghousesMaintain Administrative access to client related information according to Ensemble’s Compliance standards as well as federal guidelinesEnrollment submission follow upMeeting Productivity and QualityThis document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
