Qualifications

• Experience in one area of student services, such as admissions, registration, student records, financial aid, academic advising, or testing.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support front counter, Contact Center, Information Desk, document processing, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal student experience.
• Supervise Enrollment Services Assistant staff and arrange training/cross-training with supervisors.
• Participate in College-wide committees and initiatives and maintain the integrity of the student information database.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide avenues for resolution to improve service and processes.
• Monitor departmental processes and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and best practices.
