  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, provide actionable reports to leadership.
  • Optimize student-facing technologies and digital resources; use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver clear, timely messaging related to procedural changes, deadlines, and service updates.

Job Summary

The One Stop Shop Manager is part of Enrollment Communication Services within the division of Enrollment Management Services. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a centralized, student focused service model that supports Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registration functions. The role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, and service standards to ensure a seamless "no wrong door" experience for students.

The One Stop Shop Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment with the expectation of continuous improvement and first-class customer service. This position participates in divisional activities as a member of the Enrollment Management Services Division. Collaborative and team‑oriented skills with a commitment to student success are essential attributes for the individual in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Direct daily operations, supervise and develop staff, manage workflows and service standards, and ensure efficient, high‑quality enrollment services across Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registration.
  • Foster a seamless "no wrong door" experience, resolve complex student issues, promote accessibility and inclusion, and ensure clear, timely communication across all service channels.
  • Partner with campus stakeholders to align processes, messaging, and student support efforts; participate in strategic planning, onboarding, retention, and student success initiatives.
  • Continuously improve enrollment processes, maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, support audits, and lead communication and implementation of policy, process, and system changes.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, provide actionable reports to leadership.
  • Optimize student‑facing technologies and digital resources, and use data‑driven insights to improve efficiency, service quality, and student outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver clear, timely, and consistent messaging related to procedural changes, key deadlines, and service updates to support student understanding and success.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Banner, Recruit and Element 451
  • Experience with, and proficiency in the use of, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multilingual
Proposed Salary

45,300 - 56,600

Salary offer will be dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines.
