Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, operational effectiveness, student experience, and performance of the assigned enrollment portfolio.
• Translate organizational priorities and enrollment goals into clear departmental plans and measurable outcomes.
• Own budget, staffing, and resource allocation decisions for the portfolio.
• Forecast performance, assess risks and opportunities, and maintain pipeline health.
• Maintain results by identifying root causes, developing recovery strategies, and monitoring progress.
• Communicate performance, risks, and resource needs to executive leadership.
