Job summary

OU Education Services is seeking a Director of Enrollment to lead the performance and continuous improvement of the enrollment portfolio. This role manages Enrollment Managers, owns departmental results, and aligns strategies with OU expectations and higher education compliance.

Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment, this position partners with Marketing, Operations, and university stakeholders to enhance student experience, remove progression barriers, and support start objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, operational effectiveness, student experience, and performance of the assigned enrollment portfolio.
• Forecast performance, assess risks and opportunities, and maintain a clear view of pipeline health across programs, markets, teams, and upcoming starts.
• Lead Enrollment Managers and their teams to achieve goals while delivering a consistent, student-first experience.
• Develop and execute enrollment strategies that improve engagement, progression, readiness, start outcomes, and operational consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Program Success, Operations, and university stakeholders to support start objectives and improve performance.
