Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced enrollment environment.
• Experience with enrollment analytics, CRM tooling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enrollment Coaches to drive timely outreach and quality conversations.
• Manage pipeline health, documentation, and enrollment progression against targets.
• Ensure compliance with processes and standards; use Salesforce and telephony tools effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support admissions, financial aid, and academic workflows.
• Document coaching conversations and follow-up actions to close performance gaps.
