You will listen to what each person is trying to accomplish, explain what happens next, help keep details in order, and maintain timely contact. The work is suited to someone who is comfortable interacting with new people and who takes pride in a polished, dependable experience.

Training and coaching are provided. Prior insurance experience and a college degree are not prerequisites. A background in client services, customer support, retail, hospitality, recruiting, or similar environments can be helpful but is not required. Training and feedback help you build confidence while working in an independent capacity.
