First-year earning potential generally ranges from $90,000 to $140,000. Earning potential grows with performance in this independent contractor role, with strong results opening the door to greater client and leadership responsibility.

Training is provided, and prior insurance experience is not required. Candidates from customer service, hospitality, recruiting, retail, fitness, athletics, or other people-focused backgrounds may bring valuable transferable skills. The strongest applicants are dependable, receptive to coaching, and comfortable working toward measurable goals.

The day-to-day process becomes more natural through repetition. You will have clear activity expectations, examples to follow, and regular feedback that helps you improve the quality of each conversation while learning how to manage your time independently.
